With ElectronicPartsMaker, you can easily create detailed shape data of electronic parts and output the data as a library file for Preprocessor of scSTREAM and HeatDesigner. ElectronicPartsMaker End User Agreement

By installing, copying, or otherwise using ElectronicPartsMaker, you agree to be bound by the terms of this END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to the terms of this END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, you may not install or use ElectronicPartsMaker.

This END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Software Cradle Co., Ltd. for ElectronicPartsMaker which includes the computer software and may also include associated media, printed materials, and 'online' or electronic documentation.

Software Cradle Co., Ltd. grants you the non-exclusive license to use ElectronicPartsMaker during the terms of this END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT.

ElectronicPartsMaker is owned by Software Cradle Co., Ltd. ElectronicPartsMaker is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. ElectronicPartsMaker is licensed, not sold. Therefore, you must treat this software just like a book or any other copyrighted material (e.g., recordings or film).

Software Cradle Co., Ltd. makes no warranty, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, regarding the software or accompanying materials. The software and accompanying materials are provided solely on an as-is basis.

In no event shall Software Cradle Co., Ltd. be liable to any special, collateral, incidental, or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of the purchase or use of the software and accompanying materials.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Japan.

Enter sizes of a part in [Property] dialog. You can check the entered sizes in the preview window. The window display can be switched per part.

  • Detailed model: The shapes of parts including the internal structure are created in detail as an assembly of blocks.
  • Simplified model: The lead flame is represented with one block in each direction.
  • Thermal circuit model: The shapes of parts are defined by thermal circuits without modeling the internal structure.


  • To use ElectronicPartsMaker, a redistributable package of Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 is required.
  • A library file output from ElectronicPartsMaker can only be read in Preprocessor of scSTREAM and HeatDesigner V14.
  • Depending on your PC environment, ElectronicPartsMaker may not work correctly or may work slowly.
  • ElectronicPartsMaker does not work on Apple Macintosh.

  • To delete ElectronicPartsMaker, move the downloaded files to the recycle bin.
